11 Jan Optimize Facebook Posts Easily For the Future!
Facebook has been making a lot of changes lately, they’re enforcing their social throne status with key updates and power moves like the purchase of pic sharing app, Instagram, their new Facebook Camera app, and the ability to schedule future posts directly on Facebook. With third party applications like Sprout Social and Hootsuite, which have the ability to schedule posts in the future, Facebook is a bit late to the game, but due to the decrease in activity and engagement when third party apps post to Facebook, this is a move in the right direction for the social behemoth.
According to a new study by Applum, developer of Page tool EdgeRank Checker, “Facebook Pages that automatically publish content to the news feed through third-party apps such as HootSuite, TweetDeck, and Networked Blogs receive an average of 70% fewer Likes and comments.”
So, in today’s blog, we’re going to provide a quick guide to posting in the future, no De-Lorean required.
1.) Sign into Facebook and choose a Page (you must be a page admin)
2.) Navigate to the post a status update box
4.) Select the year, month, day, hour, and minute.
5.) The “Post” button will change to “Schedule”
6.) Type your marketing message
5.) Hit “Schedule” and viola!
1.)Visit your page and scroll to the top and click “Admin Panel” (if it’s your profile, the button will be to the right of your name.
2.) Click the Activity Log button.
3.)The new page will show your future posts as well as your current activity on Facebook.
